What are GPU's

We use NVIDIA's GPU's and they enable us to compute millions and billions of computations per second for your portfolios.

GPU's (or Graphic Processing Units) are very fast pieces of hardware that let us compute your results in about a second, instead of hours.

Here is a great video that simply explains the difference between a normal computer CPU vs. a GPU if we were painting. (If you view this, think of performing stock analysis where each dot painted is a stock)

How fast are your computations? Really.

All the features (except stock info) uses the coreFenix GPU cluster every time you click the compute, query, or find ranking button.

Time for the GPU to process your results are between 0.3 seconds and just over 1 second. For ease of development for this early-beta release, we compute the same calculations on all 12,000+ stocks in our library. every time.

Your perceived time however, might be slightly different as the browser needs to submit the request, wait for the queue to process the request and return the results.

Technically, we could load much more into the system, but we believe this is the best starting point.

As of 15-Feb-2016 :

12,579 stocks and 1 commodity. The last item added was West Texas Crude Oil spot prices since the 1980's.

39,412,649 end of day trading data points on those securities.

These items are sources from about 19 exchanges. (NYSE, NASDAQ, Pinks, France, Australia, Toronto, Hong Kong, Berlin, London, AMEX, Munich, New Zealand, ... )
